The Fraud Risk Analyst supports issue resolution on suspicious, potentially fraudulent activity on Engage FT’s prepaid programs. Evaluating fraud related tickets, you’ll determine the appropriate action to be taken based on predefined procedures, which may include closing the accounts or escalating issues to management for review. You’ll assist management in achieving company’s fraud management goals by identifying and recognizing changing patterns and techniques utilized by fraud perpetrators and recommend adjustments to monitoring policies based on that understanding. Working collaboratively as part of a team to troubleshoot and enhance our products and services you’ll ensure full performance optimization for our users.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with the ability to identify opportunities and engage others to drive issues to resolution. You should have strong organizational skills and be detail focused. Nimbleness, team-orientation, and a passion for security and customer support are essential.
