The Experience Designer will work collaboratively with our business and technology teams to develop engaging user experiences for our applications and websites. You will work through new future-facing updates to current flagship features and provide creative guidance to technology teams for interface and interaction design and delivery of wireframes, design storyboards and design specifications documentation. You will perform tests against and iterate on designs using context appropriate methodology such as A/B testing, task testing and paper testing and work with technology teams to champion UX best practices and develop a human centered design culture.
This role requires a deep understanding of experience design for digital products and services with a focus on mobile. A balanced understanding of strategy, research, interaction and motion/visual design is a must. You are a customer experience advocate, excited about our customer’s lives through simple, intelligent and enriching products and experiences.
